Notice is given that the 2023 annual general meeting of the Club (AGM) will be held at the Club’s rooms at Dorothy Laver West on Monday 29 May 2023 at 6.15pm (Melbourne time).

Resolution 1 – Financial statements, accounts and reports

To receive and consider the financial statements and accounts of the Club for the financial year ending 31 December 2022, together with the directors’ report and auditor’s report.

Election of Directors

Resolution 2 – election of directors

To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:

That, a ballot for the election of directors be conducted at the AGM in accordance with the process set out below and as otherwise communicated to members prior to this AGM, and the results of such election be announced as soon as reasonably practicable after the AGM and with effect from the closing of the AGAFC AGM Notice 2023M.
